Judy - Office Manager
As Dr. Rolfe’s Office Manager, I will most likely have the pleasure of being the first to welcome you to our practice, either by phone or as you enter our office. Like Dr. Rolfe, I am also a Buckeye from Ohio. I have been a member of Dr. Rolfe’s team since arriving in South Florida in 1994, after 9 years experience with a dental practice in Ohio. I am a proud mother and grandmother, and spend every possible moment with my grandchildren.
I find it especially satisfying to be part of an excellent dental team assisting our patients in reaching their optimum dental health and well-being. I take pride in the quality of dentistry and personal service offered each patient. I cannot imagine a career where I do not meet new people every day! My goal is to help you feel comfortable in our practice, as well as assist you with appointments, insurance questions, etc. I look forward to meeting you soon.

Hi there! I am from New York and have been in Florida since 1990. I am Dr. Rolfe’s assistant and have been with him since I moved to Florida. I amd married, with 2 children and 5 incredible grandchildren!
I have been in dentistry a long time and have seen many changes in the dental field. It keeps getting better and more interesting! This office, with Dr. Rolfe and the rest of our great team, is by far the best place to be. I love what I do, I love our patients, and Dr. Rolfe is wonderful to work with. I can’t imagine doing anything else!

I am originally from Long Island, New York, but lived in Michigan and Ohio before finally settling in South Florida more than 10 years ago. I am married, with 2 beautiful daughters, one recently married, so I look forward to having grandchildren (after listening to Joanne and Judy).
I have been a dental assistant since 1990, working with Dr. Rolfe since 2005. We are all like family. I can truly say I look forward to coming to work each day. I love the interaction with patients and meeting new people every day.
Alessandra - Patient Communications
I am originally from Brazil, born and raised in Brasilia. Yes, Rio is not Brazil’s capital. I have been living in South Florida since 2002. I am the oldest of 3 children. My background is in education. My brother practices dentistry in Brazil and my sister is in the IT field.
I have worked with Dr. Rolfe since October 2002. In the office, you will find me in the front office helping to manage patient communications, or assisting my coworkers in whatever is needed. I enjoy the opportunity to interact and educate people about oral health. Perhaps if you hear another language spoken here, it will be me helping patients whose primary language is either Portuguese or Spanish. I am proud to be part of Dr. Rolfe’s team and I will be happy to welcome you into our dental family!
Kathy - Registered Dental Hygienist
I am originally from Maryland and relocated to Florida in 1995. I am married with 2 wonderful daughters.
I have been practicing dental hygiene for 18 years. A graduate of the University of Maryland, I worked in Maryland for 3 years. I have been working with Dr. Rolfe since 1996. I enjoy my career because I enjoy helping people have beautiful, healthy smiles. I am thankful to have found Dr. Rolfe 15 years ago. He is an awesome dentist and is always introducing new ideas and procedures to benefit our patients.
Pam - Registered Dental Hygienist
I am originally from Cleveland, Ohio and a graduate of Youngstown State University. I am the mother of 3 great children and have been married 27 years. I have been practicing dental hygiene for 30 years, much of that time with Dr. Rolfe.
I enjoy working with patients and making them feel comfortable. It is very rewarding to provide our patients with the highest quality of dentistry to meet their preventive, educational and therapeutic needs. Working in this practice is awesome. We have a great staff and are always kept up to date with the latest techniques and materials in dentistry.
Kimberly - Registered Dental Hygienist
Originally from Michigan, I moved to Florida to attend dental hygiene school in 1979. I came to work for Dr. Rolfe in 2006. I was a dental assistant for 7 years before that. I lived in California for 2 years and worked in Dental Hygiene expanded functions. When I am not living and working in South Florida, I enjoy retreating to the mountains of North Carolina.
Dental hygiene provides me with the experience of educating and assisting patients to be healthier. I enjoy being a part of the service and atmosphere the patients have in Dr. Rolfe’s office, as he always demands the best dental care for his patients and he strives to improve his dentistry and office with the newest technology.
